Key details about the property: The spacious grounds cover 2,400 square metres of outdoor space, featuring expansive meadows that invite you to linger. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available on the property. A small workshop offers a secure, lockable place to store bicycles. In addition, a large barn offers a variety of uses—whether for parties, creative projects, or as a place for children to play. An idyllic covered outdoor seating area rounds out the amenities and creates the perfect setting for enjoying evenings in good company. The house spans two floors and blends artistic comfort with a welcoming, cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor, a spacious and light-filled living room awaits you, offering plenty of room for spending time together. Large windows create a warm and bright atmosphere where you’ll immediately feel at home. From the living room, you’ll enter the stylish hallway, which serves as the central hub of the home. For moments of relaxation and comfort, one of the three bathrooms—equipped with a bathtub—is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two additional bathrooms with showers. The house offers a total of six bedrooms, five of which are located upstairs. Each room is individually and lovingly designed and offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The ground floor houses the sixth bedroom, which is ideal for guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor. The modern kitchen is perfectly equipped for whipping up delicious meals together. The adjoining dining room is bright and welcoming and offers plenty of space for convivial meals and relaxed evenings. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Use of the washing machine is available for an additional fee. A 60% prepayment is charged upon booking, and the remaining 40% is due 14 days before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer.
