Wooden beams and an open fireplace add authentic rustic charm to the space, while the modern kitchen and spacious, comfortable bedrooms ensure maximum comfort for guests.The fenced yard features a private outdoor pool, a covered terrace with a dining area, a barbecue, and parking for two vehicles.Casa Vivo spans two fully air-conditioned floors with a total living area of 155 m². The ground floor includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom in the hallway.Located in the village of Kaštelir-Labinci, Casa Vivo is surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and wine and olive oil routes that offer authentic Istrian flavors. Just 50 meters from the house, there is a playground with a football and basketball court, as well as a play area for smaller children with swings and a slide.Only a 10-minute drive from the house are attractions like a paragliding track, a modern go-kart circuit, and the Lanterna tourist complex, known for its pebble beaches and diverse leisure facilities.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
