Step outside to enjoy your private garden and 2 private terraces, one covered and one uncovered, positioned at the front and back of the house. A private grill is available for outdoor dining while taking in the peaceful waterside location just 20 meters from the Eider River, where you can access a boat dock and swimming opportunities.



Shared on-site parking for 1 vehicle is provided. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The North Sea is approximately 25 minutes away by car, placing you in the heart of the vacation region near St. Peter Ording and Büsum.



The house features insect screens on all windows and was renovated in 2021. A second vacation home is located nearby and can be booked together for larger groups. For tradespeople and craftsmen, a security deposit is available for an extra fee before key handover.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sofort ansprechbar. Er hat alles unverzüglich geregelt.Das Objekt ist sauber und ordentlich.Das ‚Warmduschen‘ gestaltete sich teilweise als recht problematisch.Die Matratzen im Ehebett sind zu weich, dafür aber in den Einzelzimmern sehr komfortabel.Das Angeln am Steg ist erlaubt, sofern keine Boote in der Nähe lagen (verständlich!).Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. ( 29.9-06.10)Vielen Dank
