The location of the apartment is good and the views are amazing. However, the listing is inaccurate. There is only one bathroom with a toilet. The second bath only has a shower and sink. Also, the towels provided seemed very old and smelled a bit mildewy. We weren’t able to use the balcony for about half of our stay, because the glass on the table had shattered in the heat before we arrived. The hosts came to clean it up, but didn’t provide a temporary table. Additionally, the lounge chairs on the balcony aren’t in great condition & uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, it is a decent place to stay in Marseille if you plan to be out a lot, but isn’t the most comfortable apartment if you plan to spend a lot of time relaxing in it, cooking meals, etc.

Schöne Wohnung, entspannte Lage und toller Blick aufs Meer

Pros: Unkomplizierter Check-In, schöne und sehr helle Wohnung, praktisch und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Terrasse mit spektakulärem Blick. Das Quartier, in dem die Wohnung liegt, wirkt ruhig und sehr entspannt und es ist sehr angenehm, dass man das Auto im privaten Bereich des Hauses abstellen kann. Wir haben es dort für den gesamten Aufenthalt stehen lassen, weil wir fußläufig alle zentralen Ziele erreichen konnten. Cons: Leider hat das eine Bad in den ersten Tagen sehr nach Abfluss gerochen, gegen Ende wurde es dann aber besser. und die Stornierungsbedingungen sind recht streng. Aber glücklicher Weise hat sich alles gut gefügt!
