• Apartment No. 4, “STRANDVILLA,” is located on the ground floor of the villa at Wiesenweg 4 in Dierhagen-Strand, which was completed in 2014. The villa is one of five identical villas in the “Käpt’n Braß” apartment complex.

• The “Käpt’n Braß” apartment complex is located directly behind the dike. The well-maintained beach with fine white sand is only about 200 m from the house.

• The centre of Dierhagen and shopping options are about 1 km away. Ribnitz-Damgarten, the “Amber City,” is only about 10 km away.

• The inviting dining area is directly adjacent to the high-quality, built-in kitchen. It is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. 

• The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), a 3-door wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. 

• The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. 

• Outside, you’ll find a furnished balcony with a view of the dike, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. 

• The floor heating ensures pleasant warmth even during the winter months.

• The apartment includes a free parking space (H4-W4) as well as a private, lockable storage area (H4-W4) for your bicycles. A handcart and a high chair are also available there free of charge.
