Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen, aber sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unkomplizierte Check in und Check out. Die Wohnung ist zudem hervorragend ausgestattet, besonders in der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, um uns selbst zu verpflegen. Trotz der zentralen und guten Lage in Silvaplana war es in der Wohnung herrlich ruhig, sodass man sich perfekt erholen konnte. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem der zusätzlich dazugehörige Garagenplatz, was das Parken extrem entspannt macht.
Insgesamt eine top gepflegte Unterkunft, in der wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt haben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Chesa Arsa ist ein neues, sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir haben die gute Lage mitten im Dorf genossen. Auch die herlliche Ruhe in dieser Zone. Ein super ausgestatteter Volg Laden gleich nebenan machen das Einkaufen einfach. Unsere Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, viel schönes Holz, feine Küche, gutes Bett (!!), sehr modern. Parking in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage top. Gerne wieder!

Parkgarage etwas eng, WLAN langsam.
Wallbox für Elektroautos ist vorhanden, aber anscheinend keine Ladung möglich (man findet sie nicht in Apps, Freischaltung mit normaler RFID-Karte ist auch nicht möglich, kein QR-Code zum Adhoc-Laden) - zudem ist das Kabel sehr kurz.

Sehr sauberne, moderne Wohnung, gut gelegen im Zentrum von Silvaplana. Ebenfalls sehr gute Tiefgarage und nebenräume, alles gut geplfelgt. In den Wintermonaten trifft jedoch keinen einzigen Sonnenschein die Wohnung, der kleine Balkon dadurch auch unbrauchbar. Die Sicht ist bescheiden. Alles in allem aber ganz i.O.
