With its distinctive decor and 62 m² of living space, the Montreux No. 7 holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday complex. The apartment’s name is inspired by the annual “ Jazz ” festival on Lake Geneva. The colourful art prints of the festival posters can be found throughout the apartment.

Location

Its proximity to the beach is particularly appealing. If you’re ready for a dip in the Baltic Sea in the morning, all you have to do is cross Strandallee and the promenade. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 60 metres away. The town centre of Timmendorfer Strand and the Ostsee Therme are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Living

The holiday rental measures approximately 62 m² and is divided into three rooms, including two separate bedrooms. The heart of the holiday rental is the living area with the kitchenette, directly adjacent to the dining area. The cosy couch corner is located by the large window wall, from which you have access to the balcony. The balcony faces south-southwest and features a sunroom where you can make yourself comfortable even when the weather is dreary. The large bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 m wide), while the daybed in the smaller bedroom can be used as a single bed (0.80 m wide) or as a double bed (1.60 m wide). The en suite bathroom features a large Raindance shower, a towel radiator, and a large sink in front of the illuminated mirror. The shared laundry room in the basement is also available for use.

Entertainment

There are smart TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi access, the built-in radio in the bathroom, and the Sonos streaming speaker are also part of the entertainment package.

Design & Style

The 62 m² of space is optimally utilised with modern, high-quality furnishings. With great attention to detail, the apartment has been very tastefully furnished with playful decorative elements. The colourful wall art and decorative elements are particularly eye-catching and create a carefree, artistic atmosphere.

Parking & Bicycles

The holiday rental includes a reserved parking space behind the house. Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack on the property or in the bike storage room.
