This 3 bedroom one-of-a-kind Penthouse features 2000 sf of indoor living space as well as a stunning private rooftop terrace of additional 1950 sf of outdoor living space. Each living space has been recently renovated creating a modern, elegant, relaxing and cosy atmosphere that makes this penthouse a truly unique place, just a short walk away from the historical centre of Florence and all the city's main attractions.

Interior description.
The indoor living space of the penthouse is spread over two floors:
The Lower floor features a large living room, a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom (with shower cabin) as well as two more bedrooms with 4 single beds sharing one bathroom (with bath tub).
Upper floor: An elegantly designed spiraling staircase leads from the lower floor to the upper floor. This floor features a fully furnished kitchen, a powder room and an open space dining room/living room with a large table (that can seat up to 10 people) and a 50” flat screen SMARTV with satellite channels. The living area enjoys spectacular views over the most important monuments of Florence (such as the Dome Cupola and Palazzo Vecchio) and is directly connected to the private rooftop terrace where it is possible to dine “al fresco” at the large outdoor table.
All of the bedrooms on the lower floor as well as the whole upper floor are air-conditioned.

Outdoor description:
The private rooftop terrace has been completely renovated in year 2015.
A new 6.5 ft x 9.2 ft Jacuzzi has been encased into beautiful teak wooden floor. This highly sophisticated Jacuzzi (for up to 4 people at the same time) features a remote control to adjust various functions including the lighting inside and the desired temperature of the water up to 99 (F), which means that it can be used at least 6 months out of the year (April to end of October).
The careful attention to details, from the state-of-the-art lighting and music system (both inside and out), to the exquisite furniture and landscaping chosen contribute in making this outdoor space a true relaxing area where it is possible to enjoy breathtaking views on the city, have a sip of wine under the Tuscan sun or just relax in the water…the perfect way to end a day of site seeing in one of the world's most beautiful cities.


Location details: The penthouse is located just a short walk away from the very heart of the historic district of Florence. To name a few examples, the main train station of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) is located just about 0.8 of a mile away, while world renowned Duomo square is just short of 1 mile away.
Public transportation is very efficient as there is a tram available stopping 1 min walking distance from our location.
Renting a car is definitely not necessary, but in the event that our guests decide to have a rental car we provide a guarded garage service for large vehicles (2 minute walk away) where our guests can reserve a space for 15 euros per night.
