Waren nicht darauf angewiesen, aber es nicht zu schaffen, den Fahrstuhl innerhalb von 10 Tagen zu reparieren, war speziell für ältere Menschen oder Familien mit Kinderwagen eine Zumutung. Ausfall der Warmwasserversorgung hatte ich bis dato auch noch nicht, aber das wurde zumindest nach 2 Tagen behoben.
