Nice apartment villa in Limone Sul Garda

Small holiday residence with pretty holiday apartments in Limone in a wonderful panoramic location.

Surrounded by an olive grove, it is only about 900 m from the center, in the middle of lemon groves and with a picturesque view of the lake. All with parking space, free WiFi, lake view, some with balcony or terrace.

Villa Gianna is just a few steps from the beautiful cycle and footpath.

Your holiday apartment is on the top floor with beautiful exposed beams and has a unique lake view.

A small pool (open from June to the end of September) is available for shared use.

Each apartment has a parking space, another can be rented on request and for a fee.

Public beach with snack bar about 500 m away. It is possible to rent sun loungers.
Note:
- Washing machine: €5.00/wash, including detergent. Max. 40° and 40 minutes.
- Extra parking space on request and for a fee, cannot be located directly at the complex.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

I had a lovely time at Villa Gianna, The location was just gorgeous, surrounded by olive and lemon trees, and the view of the lake is something else, The apartment was really comfortable, and I appreciated having a balcony to sit on in the evenings, The pool was small but nice for a quick dip, and I loved that it was only a short walk down to the beach, Just a heads up, the washing machine costs a bit, but honestly, it was worth it for how clean everything was, Would definitely recommend this place for a chill holiday!

De panoramische uitzichten op het meer waren gewoon adembenemend, vooral vanaf ons balkon, Het appartement was gezellig en goed uitgerust, waardoor het aanvoelde als een thuis weg van huis, Het kleine zwembad was een leuke toevoeging, perfect voor een snelle duik om af te koelen na een dag verkennen, De locatie is ideaal - op slechts een korte wandeling naar Limone, maar toch verscholen in een vredige olijfgaard, Ten zeerste aanbevolen voor iedereen die wil ontspannen in een mooie omgeving!

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à Villa Gianna ! L'emplacement au milieu des oliveraies offrait une atmosphÚre sereine, et la vue sur le lac depuis notre balcon était tout simplement magnifique, L'appartement était bien équipé et confortable, ce qui le faisait sentir comme chez nous, Nous avons profité de la petite piscine lors des journées plus chaudes et avons profité des sentiers de randonnée à proximité, Je recommande vivement à quiconque cherchant un refuge paisible !
