Newly built apartment Enzian in the Allgäu, directly on the Buchenberg

Our cosy and lovingly furnished new-construction apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, directly next to the Buchenberg cable car and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher shop, cheese shop, and a large Edeka supermarket are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are just a few minutes’ drive away. It’s just under 15 minutes by car to the Tyrolean border and to Füssen.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The Accommodation
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). The spacious living/dining area features a comfortable sleeper sofa (140x200), a corner bench, and a fully equipped kitchen with:
- Refrigerator with a small freezer compartment
- Dishwasher
- Oven
- Induction cooktop with 4 burners
- Coffee maker
- Toaster
- All cooking utensils

In the spacious living room, a 55-inch TV ensures nothing stands in the way of a cosy evening in front of the TV.

The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet, is equipped with essentials such as towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, and a few toiletries.

Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment.

In addition, the house features soundproof windows, and soundproof walls separate the living areas from one another.

The separate entrance is located directly at the front of the house, near the parking spaces.
A key safe allows for flexible and personalised check-in without the pressure of specific times or appointments.

For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a cot (up to 15 kg) in the apartment, subject to availability.
