The Nella holiday home is located in Maslenica near Zadar, in a beautiful and quiet village right on the sea or beach, and is particularly suitable for groups of up to 13 people. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation on your holiday in Croatia, you’ll find the perfect spot here at the Nella Holiday Home, which is situated right on the sea or beach on a lot of approximately 3,000 m², surrounded by olive trees and offering direct beach access.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a large, open-concept living-dining room with satellite TV, a dining table for 15 people (two tables that seat a total of 15 people, which can be joined together or kept separate), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, blender, hand blender, etc. The living room also has two sofas.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom for three people (1 double bed and 1 single bed) as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
On the upper floor of the house, accessible via an outdoor staircase, there is a separate studio with a double bed, a sofa, and satellite TV, as well as a small kitchenette and a terrace with a sea view. The studio also has a bathroom with a shower.

The Nella holiday home has one bathroom on the ground floor and three bathrooms on the upper floor. The house has four air conditioners and four flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Of course, patio furniture is provided in the garden as well as on the terrace/balcony on the upper floor. Plastic beach chairs and three hanging chairs are available for guests’ use.
The air-conditioned accommodation at this holiday resort feature a coffee/tea maker. The rooms open onto balconies. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, hobs, separate dining areas, and cookware and utensils. The bathrooms include showers and hair dryers.
The house is surrounded by a large, shaded garden of 3,000 m² with an outdoor grill. Here you can enjoy your holiday by the sea and sit together comfortably.
On the beach, you can choose between lounge chairs right by the sea or hammocks suspended among large olive trees. The garden right on the beach, as well as the beach in front of the building, are available to guests of House Nella, and you can use the entire property exclusively for yourselves.
Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Maslenica is a small and quiet village, about 20 km from Zadar. Zadar is an ideal starting point for excursions. The Old Town island is surrounded by Venetian walls and is celebrated as a jewel of Croatian culture and history. Here you can go hiking and mountain biking in the Velebit and Paklenica National Parks, visit the unique World Heritage Sites of the Plitvice Lakes or the Krka Waterfalls, enjoy excellent boat trips to the nearby Kornati Islands, and much more.
Paklenica National Park is only 10 km from Maslenica and is particularly attractive due to its proximity to the sea. Paklenica can be explored through sports, hiking, or by enjoying its beautiful, unspoiled landscape and numerous karst gorges.
The Krka Waterfalls National Park is about a short drive away, and the Plitvice Lakes and the Kornati Islands are also quick and easy to reach. Rafting is available almost year-round on the Zrmanja karst river.
