This spacious, detached house is perfect for groups of up to 12 people — whether multiple families or a group of friends. Spread over three floors, the layout offers everyone plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing stay.

Location:The holiday home is the perfect base for activities in every season. In winter, the ski lifts of Winterberg (12 km) and cross-country trails (7 km) are easy to reach. In summer, the Rothaarsteig hiking trails and mountain bike parks offer plenty of adventure. For quieter days, you can go fishing, cycle along the Ruhr Valley Route, or relax by a lake (10 km). Restaurants and shops are close by for your convenience.

Whether you’re looking for action or relaxation, this holiday home combines comfort, nature, and adventure in one. Pets (max. 2) are also welcome, so the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable holiday!
