The house has a small, unfenced yard with a shed where you can lock up your bikes if needed, as well as a patio with a grill and seating.

Das Haus ist sehr dunkel innen und es ist nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist für einen Hund nur bedingt geeignet, da es nicht eingezäunt ist. Desweiteren ist der Parkplatz an einer schmalen Seitenstraße gelegen, was bei der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar war.
