It’s located just 150 metres from the picturesque beach and is the perfect place to enjoy the Baltic Sea to the fullest.

This modern apartment impresses not only with its prime location but also with its comprehensive amenities. The inviting living area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a TV, and a dining table with four chairs, where you can enjoy cosy meals with your loved ones.

One of the highlights is the private balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh sea air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. On sunny days, balcony furniture and an awning for sun protection are available here.

The separate kitchen features modern appliances such as a stove with a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—here you can whip up culinary delights.

The bedroom is a place of peace and comfort, and with its cosy double bed (180x200 cm, 2 single mattresses) and the blackout curtains, a comfortable place to sleep for restful nights. A second TV is available here for long film nights.

Both the bedroom and the living room have blackout blinds and curtains.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a heated towel rack, and a toilet.

A swimming pool and sauna are located on the top floor of the house, overlooking the Baltic Sea.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with separate hours for women and men as well as mixed-use times. The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance work from 02.11-13.11.2026 and 01.11-12.11.2027

Here, you’ll spend your holiday in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45 to 50 m², which are easily accessible by lift from the ground floor.
On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.

The on-site sauna provides cosy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the attached swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a room for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 400 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and there’s also a bakery nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 metres away in the town centre or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 metres away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighbouring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park amusement and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is definitely a lot of fun and well worth a visit.
