This compact 50 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests: one bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two, bathroom with separate guest WC, and fast Wi-Fi—ideal for video calls and working from home.



Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and short stays, as well as for contractors and business travelers who value a quiet workspace and good connections to Heilbronn and Stuttgart. Also suitable for longer or project-based stays.



Relax on the shared terrace, in the garden, or in the outdoor pool (please bring your own towels). The pool is closed from October to Easter (weather permitting). The area features vineyards and nature parks.
