Welcome to the Thatched-Roof House – plenty of space for family, friends, and a wonderful holiday

Spend unforgettable days in our lovingly designed thatched-roof holiday home, which offers spacious accommodation of about 160 m² for up to 11 people (including 3 toddlers up to 3 years old) with plenty of space across approximately 160 m².

The house is in a quiet location, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Heringsdorf and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Ideal for long walks, days at the beach, and cosy restaurant visits.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun terrace, relax on the balcony overlooking the garden, or wind down the day by the fireplace. Your dog is also welcome—please let us know when you book. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded after the property has been returned in good condition.

160 m² of holiday freedom - perfectly equipped for families and groups of friends

Our spacious thatched-roof house offers well-thought-out amenities across two floors and plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. 

On the ground floor: 
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a complete set of dishes (including items for toddlers). 
- Dining area with a radio and a cosy atmosphere.
- Large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and double sinks. 
- Two bedrooms: one with a four-poster bed, one with a wooden bed.

Upstairs: 
- Large living room with a leather couch, TV/DVD, a reading nook, and plenty of reading material for the colder months
- open fireplace that creates cosy evenings in winter
- Bedroom with a cosy double bed and a wooden children’s bed (including changing pad and bedding). 
- Second bedroom/children’s room with two single beds and a chest of drawers.
- Children’s bathroom with toilet, sink, and step stool. 


In the garden, on the balcony, or on the terrace, the whole family—including the dog—will find plenty of space to relax or play. 
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are included in the rental price.
If you arrive in an electric car, you can charge your vehicle unlimitedly at our wallbox for a flat fee. 

This house is ideal for family holidays, group trips, or special getaways with friends—quietly located yet close to the beach.

Upstairs: Bedroom, children’s room, small bathroom, and living area with a fireplace
Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and two additional bedrooms

One dog is welcome—please contact us in advance if you plan to bring multiple pets.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Linen sets are included.
