With 107 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for families, couples, or friends to relax, laugh, and create beautiful memories together.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright, spacious living area with a 65-inch smart TV, a cosy couch, and a stylish dining area—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or simply to unwind after a day at the beach. The open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to try out new recipes or enjoy your favourite dishes even while on holiday.

A cosy bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and private sauna, offer you private spaces to relax. After a day at the beach or a bike ride, you can recharge here.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as another bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children or friends. A second, spacious bathroom with a bathtub provides additional comfort so that everyone feels at home.

Outside, a sunny terrace with lounge chairs awaits you—the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or relaxing evenings under the open sky. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch Änderungen bei den Personen waren völlig problemlos möglich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hervorragende Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Badezimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und die Schlafzimmer sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Um das Haus herum hat man ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ein langes Wochenende haben wir in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Kontakt mit der Ferienhausvermittlung war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten so unsere Probleme mit dem TV, der nur über Apps läuft. Ansonsten alles prima, wir kommen wieder!
