Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. You enter the holiday rental through a hallway. In the living room, a large sofa set offers plenty of space for all guests. Across from the open kitchen—equipped with an oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, and microwave—you can enjoy breakfast together at the dining table. Or you can have breakfast at one of the bakeries in the Old Town (just 100 metres away). From the living room, you can step out onto the small covered porch, which isn’t just for smokers.



The non-smokingapartment features two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed at a comfortable sleeping height and a closet. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet rounds out this Old Town apartment.

The apartment building with the distinctive bay window contains a total of 3 apartments. It is located in the heart of the old town of Waren (Müritz). All apartments feature multiple bedrooms, and the modern kitchens are equipped with dishwashers. Each apartment comes with one parking space. You can park your car directly behind the building, one behind the other. Additional cars can be parked for free 700 m / an 8-minute walk away. You can store your bicycles in the shared storage room.

Guests appreciate not only the tasteful furnishings but, above all, the convenient location of the apartments near the pedestrian zone. There are several bakeries in the pedestrian zone, so you can't only get fresh rolls there but also enjoy breakfast. Everything is within walking distance. You can also do your shopping in the Old Town (just a few metres away). You’ll find a large number of beer halls, restaurants, and cafés in the Old Town. The entire Old Town is a traffic-calmed zone (30 km/h).

Waren (Müritz) is located on the northern shore of Lake Müritz—Germany’s largest inland lake. The marina is the tourist hub of the spa town of Waren (Müritz). The recreational boat marina and the historic Old Town are located close to each other in the spa town of Waren (Müritz). You can start your steamboat cruise across Lake Müritz from the city harbour or the Steinmole—both just a five-minute walk from the apartment.

In the spa town of Waren (Müritz), you can rent a wide variety of boats. You’ll find several bike rental shops, especially in the historic old town. The youngest guests are sure to enjoy the beach with a slide on Lake Müritz as well as the Müritz Climbing Forest. The MÜRITZEUM is highly recommended for every guest. The Müritz National Park begins right on the outskirts of town. It is Germany’s largest forest national park and—like the entire forest- and lake-rich area surrounding the town of Waren on Lake Müritz—a worthwhile destination for many nature lovers, cyclists, and hikers...
