Saubere, gepflegte Wohnung, gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, strandnah. Leider keine Kinderausstattung vorhanden und wenig Stellfläche für mitgebrachtes Kinderbett. Viele ältere Mieter/Eigentümer im Haus, die teilweise genervt wirkten von weinenden Kleinkindern.
