Designed to resemble a large catamaran, this bright and family-friendly home offers a unique living space featuring a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (stone island, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine…), a welcoming dining area, and a cozy lounge with a sofa, armchairs, pouf, and TV.



Two large bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), walk-in closets, and direct access to the terrace.

A cozy bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, and a small, sunny private terrace.

A children’s bedroom with two bunk beds (160x80 cm) and a BZ sofa bed (140 cm) with quality bedding.

A lovely mezzanine area for leisure activities: books, toys, DVDs, and board games.
