Artist Villa in the Stockholm Archipelago

On the Älgö peninsula in the middle of Stockholm's archipelago, we find this fantastic and modern artist villa (built in 2011) on a hill.
From here, you have a sea view in three directions while simultaneously enjoying comfortable living with almost all conveniences.

You rent half of the villa, so to speak as a holiday house half, and live on the ground floor (separate entrance). The other half is also rented separately. Furthermore, an artist's studio is integrated into the house.

You have an open fireplace in the living room and bedroom, which provide a special coziness factor. In the garden there is a freestanding sauna that can be used by you and the guests of the other apartment.
At the bottom of the beach, there is a bathing jetty belonging to the house, where a rubber boat can also be used.

Älgö borders Saltjöbaden, is part of the Nacka municipality and the inner Stockholm archipelago. From here, you have good public transport connections to Stockholm city centre (25 min) or to the popular golf course in Saltsjöbaden, 5 kilometres away. The train journey from the city "Slussen" with the so-called "Saltsjöbanan" past beautiful villa areas and magnificent nature, reaching Saltsjöbaden and the sea after 30 minutes, is also a wonderful experience.
