Holiday Apartment with Lake View, Balcony, and Wi-Fi

This stylish 3-room holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms and stunning lake views is located in an extremely quiet, prestigious area near the vineyards above Lake Constance. The apartment was renovated in summer 2022 and furnished with new furniture and beds.



A parking space is right in front of the door. The apartment features Mediterranean charm and a spacious living-dining room overlooking the lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic lake views and direct access to the rooftop terrace. The terrace, with its beautiful lake view, is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink in the sunset.



Relax in the evenings on the new white designer leather sofa in the living room. There are 2 bedrooms—one with a large box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the other with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm)—as well as an exclusive bathroom with a large bathtub where you can unwind.



Wi-Fi is available free of charge.



The center of Überlingen is about a 15-minute walk away. The lake is only about 12 minutes on foot. A bus stop is nearby, about 100 m from the house.



Larger pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.

Wahnsinnig toller Blick auf den Bodensee.

Pros: Größe der Wohnung und Zimmeraufteilung sind top. Cons: Die Ausstattung sollte teilweise erneuert werden. Die Kissen sind total abgenutzt, der Spiegel im Bad ist blind, der Whirpool lässt Wasser, der Toster hat seine besten Jahre gesehen. Trotz Hinweisen von anderen Urlaubern, wurden diese nicht geändert. Die Zeit hat einige Spuren hinterlassen. Aus hygienischen Gründen wäre ein Geschirrspüler ratsam. Handtücher in der Küche könnten ebenfalls mal ausgetauscht werden.

Sonniger Seeblick‼️

Pros: Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist optimal, der Sonnenbalkon mit dem Ausblick zum Bodensee ist schon einmalig. Das kleine Haus mit den wenigen Mietern war sehr ruhig. Ebenso die Mikrolage, sehr ruhig. Cons: Ein Geschirrspüler wäre möglicherweise hilfreich.
