Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und zum Strand ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Vor allem für Dialysepatienten ist das Haus Nordland sehr zu empfehlen. Auch für Reisende mit körperlichen Einschränkungen (z. B. Rollstuhlfahrer) ist die Unterkunft nutzbar, wenn auch eine Begleitung erforderlich ist, da einige Schrägen zu überwinden sind. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.
