The 4-star holiday apartment TOP 1, measuring approximately 55 m², is comfortably furnished to provide our guests with a pleasant and modern atmosphere in every room. The **** holiday apartment consists of a hallway, bedroom, bathroom with natural light, living room, and a large kitchen. All rooms are connected via a hallway. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The separate bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed without a footboard for two people and includes a large closet that can easily accommodate even a lot of luggage. The pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the room ensures a restful night’s sleep, leaving nothing to be desired so you can start the next day with renewed energy. The windows can be completely darkened with roller blinds.
The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. The microwave lets you prepare a quick hot snack, and the electric stove with oven allows you to cook full, hot meals. Of course, all cooking utensils, including dishes and silverware, are also provided, so you certainly won’t have to worry about that upon arrival. After a meal, the built-in dishwasher quickly restores order to the kitchen, and the large refrigerator offers enough space for all your necessary supplies. Of course, no well-stocked kitchen would be complete without a coffee maker for that “good morning coffee.” A starter kit with cleaning supplies for the kitchen is provided.
The bathroom, which features natural light, includes a toilet, sink, and shower—perfect for washing off the dust from your journey and excursions during your stay in Bad Neuenahr and freshening up for the day ahead. All plumbing fixtures in our holiday rental in Bad Neuenahr have been modernised.
In the living room, you can wonderfully wind down after a long day and put your feet up on the comfortable sleeper sofa or the matching armchair to reflect together on the day’s experiences. A smart TV is available for your personal use. The pull-out sofa bed also offers a comfortable second sleeping area for an additional 1–2 people. The sofa measures 1.40 m x 2 m and has a full-length mattress, allowing it to serve as a separate living-sleeping area. Free Wi-Fi is available for streaming. You’re welcome to book an additional, separate room upon request if you’d prefer another bedroom instead of sleeping on the couch. Please specifically ask about our “Joker Room.” It’s located on the 1st floor as an additional room.
All rooms are accessible via a hallway—our apartments do not have walk-through rooms. Our guests find this to be a particular plus. The hallway also features a coat rack and a shoe cabinet. You’re sure to appreciate these organisational aids!
The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. A free parking space is available in front of the house, subject to availability. Across the street, there are plenty of free public parking spaces should several of our guests’ vehicles need to park. A balcony on the ground floor with a view of the gardens is available to our guests on a limited basis upon request. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to use it. Garden furniture is also available at no extra charge. You can store your bicycles in the garage.
A complimentary welcome package with cleaning supplies is part of our service. Bed linens and towels are included.

Our cosy and comfortable 4-star holiday apartments in a quiet residential area await you in Bad Neuenahr. The non-smoking holiday apartments are your home away from home and are fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
The centre of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr—with its spa gardens, Ahrthermen, and casino—is a convenient 8–15-minute walk away. The famous Red Wine Hiking Trail, the Ahr Bike Path, and the Ahr Trail are just a few minutes away. You can choose between 2 apartments.
All apartments, each with a separate entrance, are accessible via the stairwell.
Please specifically ask about our “Joker Room”: Upon request, you’re welcome to book an additional, separately accessible room on the ground floor if you’d prefer an extra bedroom instead of sleeping on the couch, or if the number of guests makes this necessary. See photos on the homepage
A garage with charging stations for e-bikes is available for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available for checking your emails and browsing the web. We naturally provide a welcome package consisting of cleaning supplies, made-up beds, and towels at no charge. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) is also available.
The Lee**** holiday apartments are a great starting point for relaxing and active holidays. Our apartments are particularly well-suited for business trips.



On-site costs: We recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance in advance. If you have any questions about this, please contact us—we’re happy to help. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged additionally on-site. Other applicable fees: Washing machine and dryer: €6.00 per load



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
