Accommodates up to 2 people (double bed in the bedroom or sleeper sofa in the living room). Smoking is permitted only outdoors.

Ask us about a discount before booking! The property is located in a quiet, second-row setting. Access is via a locked gate that can be opened at any time using a key box with a code. A carport and parking space for medium-sized RVs or caravans are available. A Type 2 charging station is available free of charge. Two e-bikes can be used free of charge. A gas grill is provided; please clean it after use. Large outdoor sauna.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi (50 Mbit) is available inside the house and on the property. Use of the pool is at your own risk; children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Since the house is located in a recreational area, parties and disruptive noise are not permitted. The property is fully fenced to prevent dogs from escaping.

Check-in and check-out are contactless via a key box; upon request, we’ll welcome you in person. As small-scale winemakers, we offer our own white, rosé, and red wines as well as fresh organic eggs upon request.

A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate outdoor shed. An up-to-date information folder with tips on leisure activities, shopping, and emergencies is provided. As a welcome gift, you’ll find a bottle of Küchler wine and a small starter kit for your first evening and breakfast.
