A very cosy single-roof house with approximately 68 m² awaits you, accommodating up to 4 or 5 people, depending on the house. The living room with dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with shower/toilet are located on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. A sun terrace, storage room, and one parking space are also available at the house.

On the Butjadingen North Sea holiday peninsula, with its North Sea resort town of Burhave, you can enjoy your holiday to your heart’s content. Water and the beach shape the landscape and daily life. High and low tides, waves and mudflats, green countryside, and sheep on the dike—that’s Burhave. A special feature: admission to the beach is free!

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers or business travellers are not permitted. 

You can enjoy cycling, horseback riding, skating, sailing, surfing, swimming, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. And, of course, much, much more. Discover the Butjadingen Peninsula for yourself. A wide variety of shopping options and dining choices await you right in Burhave.

You’re welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Parking for your car is located right next to the building. A flat-rate final cleaning fee applies to the apartment. However, you are also welcome to handle the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded after your departure.
There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip in the Nordseelagune water park—enjoy swimming in a seawater lake without tides—or at the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee. You can also use the local swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn, which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and private.
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through neighbouring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also frequent cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with information about them while you’re here.

Price Group III House

Come on in to our incredibly cosy attic apartments. Spanning two floors and 68 m², there’s plenty of space for up to 5 adults and one toddler to enjoy a wonderful stay. The ground floor features a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private sun terrace. A separate, fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living room. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. You can reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space.
In the entryway, you’ll also find a small storage room where you can stow your belongings.
A free parking space is located directly in front of the house.
