Living area: 80 m², spacious living area with dining table and sofa with chaise longue, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi/Internet. Two modular rooms can be used simultaneously as a home office with two workstations. The 10 m² open balcony offers a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore.

Liebe Gaby, vielen Dank für Deine sehr gute Bewertung. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hört man die Strasse, deshalb schliessen manche Gäste und machen die Türen und Fenster zur Seeseite auf für frische Luft. Die anderen Zimmer liegen auf der Seeseite und dort hört man die Strasse nicht.
