The holiday apartment Studio, 1-Zimmer-Fewo, 60 Qm with step-free interior in Immenstaad am Bodensee is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.
A warm welcome. Our vacation apartments are located in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen. This district, only 1 km from Lake Constance, is an insider tip among Lake Constance connoisseurs. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Our house, with its beautiful garden and sunbathing lawn, is located on the outskirts of Kippenhausen. We rent out two modern apartments* for 2 people each. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions by bus and boat. There is a good restaurant and a wine tavern in the village.
