TheAlma is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and is accessible via a staircase; there is no lift. Some of the walls are sloped. The living room, which faces north and overlooks the street, features a kitchenette, a dining table, and a seating area with a corner couch that can be converted into a sleeping area, as well as a TV. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a double bed (1.60 x 2.0 m). The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. This is a non-smoking apartment.



The six-unit building, built in the 1930s, is in very good condition. There are 2 doctors’ offices on the ground floor, 2 apartments on the upper floor, and the 2 holiday apartments in the attic. The building is detached and surrounded by a lot that includes parking spaces and bike racks available for holiday guests. The property can be locked at night.

The holiday apartments were renovated in 2023.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Ferien in Dessau, Bauhaus Strasse

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche neu, spartanisch eingerichtet, es fehlten Eierbecher und eine Teekanne zum Beispiel.Die Unterbringung von Fahrrädern und Autos sehr gut, viel Platz im Innenhof.Die Wohnung war mit zwei Schlafzimmern angegeben, was so nicht richtig ist, da im Wohnzimmer die Couch ausgezogen war, acht Tage darauf zu nächtigen war sehr anstrengend, so gab es keine Möglichkeiten, sich gemütlich zusammenzusetzen, zudem fehlten für ein „Schlafzimmer“ Verdunkelung, da die Straßenbeleuchtung direkt vorm Fenster.Von der Wohnung aus sind wir viel Rad gefahren, auch unsere Enkelin (6 Jahre) hat da gut mitgemacht dank der Fahrradwege.Die Wohnung ist geräumig, aber für vier Personen, 3 Erwachsene, ein Kind, nicht so geeignet für acht Tage.Check in gut, der Vermieter war innerhalb fünf Minuten nach Ankunft zur Schlüsselübergabe da. WLAN hat alles funktioniert.
