The apartment spans a spacious 57 m² and features two comfortable bedrooms with stylish tile floors, ensuring restful nights. Enjoy peaceful moments in the bright living room, which is furnished with a sofa area, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove. From May 1 through September 30, you can use the apartment’s own beach chair No. 192 right on Südstrand for free!

The kitchen opens onto the living room and is perfect for preparing delicious meals together. It’s fully equipped with modern appliances, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. All the kitchen utensils you need are provided here so you can feel right at home. A high chair is also available for our younger guests.

On cold days, the private sauna and hot tub transform your space into a wellness oasis. After a long walk on the beach, treat yourself to a relaxing break and recharge your batteries. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort, keeping you cosy even on cooler days.

Another plus of the holiday rental is the parking space (App. 4, No. 9) right next to the house, which makes arriving and departing easier. The beach chair on the beach is available to you free of charge from May through September, so you can spend your day at the beach in relaxation. And if you’d like, you can also use an electric grill to barbecue outdoors in the fresh air in the evenings.

You can store your bicycles safely and dry in the apartment’s own, included storage room No. 72 (50 metres from your holiday rental). A handcart is also available for your use here!

Welcome to the “Strandpark” apartments.
The 13 Strandpark apartment buildings, each with 5 floors, were built over the past 3–12 years to high standards. Thanks to the immediate beachfront location, you’ll find yourself with your feet in the fine beach sand after just a 100-meter walk. All apartments feature a balcony (most with ocean views), heated floors, high-quality built-in kitchens, allergy-friendly flooring, and exclusive furnishings. Some apartments include a private washing machine, rooftop terrace, fireplace, whirlpool, and sauna.
Each apartment has a designated parking space directly in front of the building. You’ll find the name of the building on the sign in front of it.
In every building, an lift will take you and your luggage to the correct floor. Restaurants, bakeries, the spa centre, playgrounds, shops, and recreational activities are all located in the immediate vicinity.
