The vacation home "Kleine Ruge" was built in 2010 in solid solid construction. In spring 2023, the ground-floor and barrier-free vacation home was lovingly renovated! The "Kleine Ruge" (85 m²) has 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds), 2 shower bathrooms each with a window, a large, tasteful and very high-quality furnished living area, a spacious property/terrace area and a separate storage room outside the house.



The house is located in a protected area at the rear of the property with a lockable garden area. The house has 2 parking spaces. There are plenty of bicycle parking spaces on the property. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer can be used in the neighboring house.



The 'Kleine Ruge' can sleep 5 people (one double bed in bedroom 2, two single beds in bedroom 1 and a foldaway bed in the living room).



The city of Cuxhaven charges an accommodation tax of 2.75 % on the total price.
