We warmly welcome you to the Sylvia Holiday Home, which has been awarded four stars ✸✸✸✸ by the German Tourism Association. This fully furnished, detached holiday home, situated on the edge of the forest in the secluded Krachershöhe area, offers plenty of space to unwind, find peace, and relax—but it’s also perfectly suited for active holidaymakers. Our house is located approximately 1.3 km from Kleingesee and about 7 km from Gößweinstein. Its location in the heart of Franconian Switzerland offers a true feast for the eyes—not only in spring and summer, but also in fall and winter. Outside, there is a sunbathing lawn in the fenced-in garden area. Our terrace, which invites you to relax and soak up the sun, also features a barbecue area. From the south-facing balcony with an awning, you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Our garden house with a terrace, the children’s playground, and parking spaces are available to you free of charge. Our small farm offers the chance not only to observe but also to pet birds, rabbits, and cats. Right outside the front door is the starting point for hikes, bike rides, and climbing tours in the Trubach Valley and Gößweinstein. In addition, our holiday home is centrally located in the Nuremberg, Bamberg, and Bayreuth triangle, all of which are easily accessible by car. The cosy beer gardens of the Franconian culinary region offer wholesome beers and spirits from over 70 regional breweries and 300 distilleries. You can fully enjoy your holiday exploring the romantic valleys, caves, and mountains of Franconian Switzerland.
