The made available plot measuring 1000 square meters. The garden has a lawn, space for games and BBQ. The terrace is facing south and offers a wide view of the bottom Wiesenttal towards Forchheim. The house can accommodate six people in every season. The wooden house is oriented to the south and is lit by large windows throughout the day light.   Inside you will find many amenities. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa or divan. In the oven, you can observe the warming log fire through the glass. In Neberaum you can find another bed and a TV. About a Satelittenantenne a wide variety of channels received. From the living room you reach the terrace with garden furniture set for six people.   The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, radio with MP3, SD card and USB port etc. Downstairs there is also a guest toilet. The house has 3 bedrooms. A room with a single bed, a room with a double bed and a room with a double bed and a single bed. Bed linen is available, please bring your own towels.   Note on the deposit: A deposit of 100 € is included in the total price and will be paid back immediately upon departure.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 00:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
