The house itself is a true piece of history—an old Tyrolean guesthouse with heart, charm, and character. We’ve lovingly breathed new life into it, but it is and remains a house with a past—not polished to a high gloss, but cosy, rustic, and authentic. A staircase might creak now and then, and not every wall is perfectly straight—but every corner is full of personality and a touch of nostalgia.
And because honesty is important to us, we’ll tell it like it is: Yes, the house is old—but that’s exactly what gives it its charm.

On-site fees: Dogs are warmly welcome here, and we charge €10 per night for them. The location of our house is very popular with dog owners and their four-legged friends. Exclusively for our guests: Free use of the outdoor hot tub with a view of the mountains!



Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
