This semi-detached house is located in a spacious, newly developed residential area right next to the Bodden. From the upper floor, you can enjoy a partial view of the Bodden meadows. Despite the quiet and idyllic location, you can quickly reach the town centre with its cafés, restaurants, and fresh fish market. Be sure to visit the Darßer Arche with its National Park Information Centre and art galleries. The Darß Primeval Forest also offers great biking and hiking trails to the neighbouring villages and the popular Weststrand beach.

About the Semi-Detached House
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and sun-drenched living area, which creates a special living atmosphere with its timber-frame construction and exposed beams. With its cosy couch, open kitchen, and inviting dining area, the living area quickly becomes the heart of the home. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom and an utility room. A beautiful solid-wood staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower/toilet is also located on this floor. Arrive and feel that holiday vibe right away—that’s what you’ll experience in this wonderful thatched-roof holiday home.

From the living area, you step out onto the spacious wooden deck. Here, in addition to the high-quality seating and an umbrella, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the expansive meadow landscape. Sun loungers are available for use, as is the garden. One parking space is available.
