Our newly renovated holiday apartment (approx. 65 m²) is ideal for families and couples. Thanks to its excellent transport links (located near the Tauern Autobahn A10 and B159, with parking for trailers), our apartment is also ideal for travelers. Our apartment is also suitable as an overnight stay for cyclists (close to the Tauern Cycle Path).
The town of Kuchl is an ideal starting point for sightseeing, hiking, cycling, and skiing. There are also swimming opportunities nearby.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house.
The apartment is conveniently located directly next to the Tauern Autobahn (east side) and the federal highway (west side) in a cul-de-sac with two houses. Ample parking is available, ideal for trailers such as boat trailers or caravans (easy turning). This location makes the apartment ideal for both passing through and longer stays.
The nearest train station is 1.2 km away and easily accessible via a footpath and cycle path, while the bus stop is just 100 m away. The nearest grocery store is 500 m away (also accessible via the footpath and cycle path).
Benefit from the Tennengau Card and enjoy FREE travel on public transport throughout the Tennengau region and into the city of Salzburg!
From May 2025, you can use all public transport in the state of Salzburg free of charge.
In the cozy living room (facing south-west), you can relax on the comfortable couch or watch TV. A TV with internet access is available. (Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.)
During the colder months, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of the tiled stove – which can be heated by the owner upon request.
The visually separable sleeping area with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) offers additional comfort and flexibility.
In the play area for toddlers (set up upon request), children can let their imaginations run wild with various toys such as a doll's kitchen, cars, and colorful building blocks.
Older children and adults will enjoy puzzles and various board and card games. An extendable dining table is also available.
The small seating area on the balcony is also ideal for a smoke break.
In the kitchen (east-facing) you will find a dining area that invites you not only to eat, but also to play games and enjoy a cozy get-together. Our kitchen offers everything you need, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a coffee machine with tabs and a filter coffee machine.
In the bedroom (west-facing) you will find a large double bed (180 x 200) with new mattresses and a large wardrobe.
A travel cot is also available.
An armchair with an electrically adjustable head and footrest invites you to read or simply relax.
Experience the comfort and convenience of the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Towels, a hairdryer, an illuminated mirror, and a vanity mirror are provided.
Enjoy time in the garden in front of the house, where a play tower and a sandbox invite the little ones to play. Relax on the seating area with a cup of coffee while watching the children.
The terrace with the dining area is also suitable for barbecues (charcoal grill).

In another part of the garden, you will find an outdoor shower, a paddling pool for toddlers, and a seating area from May to September.
