Surroundings
The newly built holiday home “Seewärts” is located in the idyllic artists’ quarter of Ahrenshoop. You’re just a few metres from the sea and a viewing platform offering sweeping views of the cliffs between Ahrenshoop and Wustrow. The town centre, with its restaurants, cafés, and art venues, is within walking distance. The nearby art museum showcases 130 years of regional art history and is well worth a visit.
Holiday Home
“Seewärts” combines architecture typical of the Fischland region with modern design. The thatched roof, dormer windows, and maritime details blend harmoniously into the surroundings and, together with the modern interior design, create a special living experience. Large windows provide plenty of light and an open, friendly atmosphere.
Ground Floor
The heart of the house is the open-concept living and kitchen area. A fireplace separates the cosy sofa area from the high-end kitchen. This level also features a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a guest bathroom.
Upper Floor
The staircase leads to a second living level with an additional living area and TV lounge. Two bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, offer plenty of privacy. An additional bathroom and a balcony with a view of the thatched roofs and the countryside round out this floor.
Sauna
A special highlight is the private sauna, which provides a relaxing retreat after long walks on the beach or in the winter.
Outdoor Area
On the spacious property, the expansive wooden deck with patio furniture, a beach chair, and a sun umbrella invites you to linger. With a view of the greenery, you can enjoy peace and open space right next to the Baltic Sea.
