Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This cosy 1.5-room holiday apartment with a balcony accommodates up to 4 people and has a living area of approximately 48.5 m². The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is easily accessible by lift.

The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 100x200 cm), two sofas, and a wardrobe. Blackout curtains provide pleasant darkness while still allowing some light to filter through. For entertainment during your holiday, a TV, a DVD player, and a PlayStation 2 game console are available. Another TV awaits you in the separate bedroom, which features a sleeper sofa (90x200 cm, extends to 140x200 cm). Interior roller shutters allow for complete darkness in this room. The separate, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table is decorated in a beautiful country house style. The en suite bathroom features a bathtub. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony, where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and a partial ocean view that is partially obstructed on one side.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair (rental: Paul Plön) is available to you on the beach.
