Relax with up to 4 people in this approximately 46 m² 2-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor of the Berolina apartment complex.

The combined living and sleeping area is elegantly separated by a room divider. A corner sofa with a flat-screen TV and a dining area form the centrepiece. The cosy sleeping area at the back of the apartment, featuring a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), invites you to dream and relax in the evenings. The small kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, allowing you to treat your loved ones to a delicious meal. In a separate children’s room, the bunk bed can be expanded to include a second sleeping area (each 90x200 cm). The apartment’s amenities are rounded out by the bathroom with a tub. On the furnished balcony facing the countryside, you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the healthy Baltic Sea air.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
