You can’t get much closer to the Baltic Sea: The apartment is located just about 50 metres from the beach—and from the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the enchanting sea and the beautiful promenade. You’ll also love the well-thought-out layout of the living/sleeping area: there’s a cosy dining area by the front window, and two single beds (each 90x190 cm) in the back. Everything is bright and cheerfully decorated. The open kitchen is well-equipped and makes for a pleasant self-catering experience. The children’s room is also furnished with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). The modern shower room features light-colored tilework.

An outdoor parking space and a bicycle storage room are available for your use.

In the building’s basement, there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This beautiful complex is located right on the dike and also features an lift, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. The beach and the boardwalk are right at your doorstep. All shopping options are within walking distance.
