The heart of the apartment is located on the ground floor: the open-concept living/dining room with a cosy interior in timeless Scandinavian chic. Here, a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV invite you to enjoy cosy evenings no matter the weather; the dining table offers space for social gatherings; and the spacious floor-to-ceiling windows provide a breathtaking view. On your large, furnished balcony, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine and watch the lively activity at the Grömitz marina. The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances. This floor also features the first of the two bedrooms, furnished with a white wooden bunk bed (mattresses 100x200 cm each) and a spacious wardrobe. In addition to a shower and toilet, the bathroom includes a washer-dryer combo.

A curved spiral staircase leads from the living/dining area to the upper floor, where you’ll find a second light-filled living room with a comfortable seating area. There is also another bathroom here with a shower, toilet, and heated towel rack. The second spacious bedroom, with its large windows, offers an enchanting view of the Baltic Sea, a cosy double bed (2x 90x200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep, and an additional flat-screen TV. Here, you’ll also find a truly unique highlight: a freestanding bathtub!

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right in front of the front door! A bike rack is located on the wall of the house next to the parking area.

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for you on the beach, weather permitting.
