The apartment offers 45 m² of space for 4 people. This holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, as well as a living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and a Philips 4K TV with Ambilight and free Netflix access. Bewertung für unseren Aufenthalt vom 12.10. bis 18.10.2025 Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, minimalistisch und schön hell eingerichtet – auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechend. Leider liegt sie jedoch direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, was morgens ab ca. 6 Uhr zu erheblicher Lärmbelastung durch Verkehr, Müllabfuhr und Busse führte. An erholsames Ausschlafen war daher nicht zu denken. Die Küchenausstattung ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig: Es waren nur sehr einfache (teilweise billige) Ikea-Artikel vorhanden und insgesamt viel zu wenig Geschirr, sodass wir gezwungen waren, häufig die Spülmaschine laufen zu lassen – das ist weder nachhaltig noch umweltfreundlich. Es fehlten zudem grundlegende Dinge wie ausreichend Gläser, Schnapsgläser, eine Küchenreibe, Kinderbesteck, eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen oder wenigstens ein paar Teebeutel. Auch eine Handseife im Bad und Klammern für den Wäscheständer wären wünschenswert gewesen. Rückblickend hätten wir auf die bisherigen Bewertungen hören sollen. Aufgrund der Lage und der mangelhaften Ausstattung würden wir diese Wohnung leider nicht noch einmal buchen.
