Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

With the beach right outside the door and a garden with a terrace, this charming 3-room holiday home offers everything you need for an unforgettable Baltic Sea holiday for up to 4 people.

The approximately 45 m² of living space offers modern comforts, including a bedroom with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed. The cosy wood-burning stove lets you forget about everyday life on cool days. The smart TV with DVBT-2 HD (public and private channels in HD), which also allows access to online video libraries, provides entertainment. The terrace and garden face south. The promenade, accessible only to residents, is one of the most sought-after locations in Laboe.

The mini-golf course and the spa park are just a few steps away. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is also just 200 metres away, and the town centre is not far either.

A parking space right next to the house is available for your use. A staircase (approx. 12 steps) leads you to the holiday home.
