This bright, modern holiday rental on the 1st floor features 3 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people for a relaxing holiday just 250 m from Schöneberger Strand.

The approximately 65 m² of living space includes a living room with an integrated kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and two separate bedrooms in the attic, which are furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and two single beds (each 90x200 cm).
On the balcony, you can start your new holiday day in the morning sun with a leisurely breakfast.
A modern TV, CD player, books, and board games provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is included.

For our younger guests, we provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

Im großen und ganzen ist diese FeWo in Ordnung. Man sollte in der Beschreibung dieser FeWo darauf hin weisen, dass die Treppe in das Obergeschoss sehr steil ist und eher einer Stiege gleicht. Für ältere Menschen kaum zu bewältigen. Weiterhin ist das "Duschbad" eher eine Zelle, die Lüftung verdreckt, die Klobrille lockerte sich täglich mehr. Schön hätte ich es gefunden, wenn man mich nach dem Buchen darauf aufmerksam gemacht hätte, dass ich nur 1 Wäschepaket gebucht habe, aber 4 Personen anreisen. In der Objektbeschreibung sollte von Anfang an angegeben sein, dass nur 1 Rolle Toi.papier, keinerlei Gewürze, 2 Geschirrtabs vorhanden sein werden.
