"Ostseeperle" Holiday Rental with Balcony at Palstek 6 in Schönberger Strand

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Palstek 11, 24217 Schönberger Strand.

This modern, light-filled 3-room holiday apartment invites you to unwind and relax. Spanning 78 square metres, it features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with an open kitchen. You can easily reach your holiday rental via an lift.

The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobes, and two nightstands each. Built-in fly screens ensure a quiet and restful night’s sleep. Underfloor heating in the living and bathroom areas provides cosy warmth. Free Wi-Fi is also included here.

A washing machine is available for free use as needed.

A carport parking space is reserved for you. You can safely store your bicycles, air mattresses, handcarts, and similar items in a lockable shed accessible only to you.

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren zu ihnen und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Service. Eine Frage zum Aufenthalt hätten wir noch, warum steht auf der Gästekarte seit 2 Jahren „Holunderbusch“ und nicht mehr „Palstek“. Für eine Rückmeldung wären wir dankbar.

Hallo. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, hell sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Die Lage allerdings ist nur für Eltern von kleinen Kindern und oder vor allem Menschen die nicht lange schlafen wollen oder einen sehr tiefen Schlaf haben geeignet. Die unmittelbare Lage am Spielplatz bedeutet Kindergeschrei bis 22 Uhr. Das allerdings stört eigentlich noch am wenigsten. Ab 22 Uhr , vor allem am Wochenende ,tauchen dann die Jugendlichen auf . Die schreien , pöbeln , randalieren und hören dann laut musik bis gerne 24 Uhr. Mit viel Glück gibt es dann bis 4 Uhr etwas Schlaf bis dann der Liefer verkehr von Edeka Alpen beginnt. Ein LKW nach dem anderen der be und entlädt und man möchte meinen das die meisten Fahrer auch wirklich Wert drauf legt, das dies auch wirklich jeder mitbekommt. Das heißt lüften kann man vergessen oder aber an schlaf micht mehr zu denken. Das ist leider sehr traurig das hier auf die zahlenden Urlaubsgäste so wenig Rücksicht genommen wird. Fazit: Willst du einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub mit ausreichend Schlaf ist diese Wohnung leider nicht die erste Wahl. Hast du einen Schlaf wie ein Toter , hast kleine Kinder zum bespaßen und oder bist du ein Nachtschwärmer dann ist die Wohnung perfekt für Dich. Für Uns nur leider nicht. Trotz allem kann ich Kraushaar (ehemals Henning) am Schönberger Strand jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Wir haben jetzt schon 4 mal dort gebucht und nie Probleme gehabt.
