The small villa "Pernice" consists of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed 2 places (single bed optional) kitchen, bathroom. The house has private fenced garden overlooked by the veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, reserved parking,grill area in the garden at your disposal.

All comforts are present and the strong point is the location: the house is surrounded by olive groves and countryside, but the direct access on the Via Emilia allows easy and convenient travel to the beaches and to all the cities of Art.

At Casa Milla in Cecina, relax by the shared outdoor pool with sunbeds, armchairs, tables and umbrellas. The pool is 110 cm deep and fenced for safety. Enjoy the covered terrace, garden with barbecue area, and outdoor shower. The property produces its own olive oil, fruits, herbs, and vegetables from 180 olive trees, vineyard, and vegetable garden.



Set on 5 hectares with walking paths through fields, you are 3 to 5 km from the sea and 3 km from Cecina center. A bar, restaurant, and minimarket are 500 m away, while supermarket, shopping center, bank, and pharmacy are within 1.5 km. Bicycle rental and laundry service are available for an extra fee.
