New in the rental 2025 - Detached house with its own private pool

Welcome to the holiday home page of the Matuschek family in La Marina, Spain!

Holidays on the Costa Blanca - "Casa Lagarto" - Detached house with its own private pool, air conditioning, electric heating, pellet stove.

2 bedrooms, fully enclosed property, 1 bathroom, pool 5x3 m.

The 65 m² detached holiday home is located on a quiet street with a private park opposite, but still centrally located to the centre of La Marina. From the terrace you have a great distant view and can also see the sea in the distance. In the village centre there are doctors, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc..

The house is ideal for families: a living room with satellite TV (German reception), two bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave and washing machine, a shower room. Outside terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

The beach is about 3 km away, kilometres long and very wide, with tapas bar and beach bar. Behind it are green dunes and pine forests. The beach is easy to reach by bike (hire available in the village).

The house has free internet access.

Only the electricity consumed is charged separately on site by the house administration.

The electricity price is currently 30 cents per kWh. However, this may change due to the current situation. If the price will increase, then we will charge the electricity supplier's price per KWh valid during the rental period.
To reduce the costs for tenants, we have installed a photovoltaic system on the roof.

Long-term tenants in winter (over one month) receive reduced prices

By the way: The house is a non-smoking house! Pets are unfortunately not allowed!

Schon beim Betreten fiel uns auf, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail und mit welchem Anspruch an Qualität das Haus eingerichtet wurde. Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich hochwertig und geschmackvoll – weit über das hinaus, was man in vielen Ferienunterkünften vorfindet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der hervorragende Pflegezustand der gesamten Unterkunft. Alles war makellos sauber, bestens instand gehalten und wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl, in einem sehr wertigen und gepflegten Feriendomizil zu wohnen.Die Hausübergabe verlief freundlich, professionell und völlig unkompliziert. Ein großes Lob gilt außerdem der Hausbetreuerin, die bei allen Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit ansprechbar war und uns stets schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Dieser persönliche Service hat wesentlich zu unserem positiven Gesamteindruck beigetragen.Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die hält, was sie verspricht – und in vielen Punkten sogar darüber hinausgeht.
