About this property

SPECTACULAR WATERFRONT!

Waterfront home on the Spokane River in Spokane (east side of spokane), 12 minutes to downtown Spokane and about 20 minutes into CDA. The best "setting" in all of Spokane, hard to beat sitting on the patio or dock watching the activity of the beautiful Spokane River.

The home has 2 very large King bedrooms, one with a large sitting room attached. The other has a double trundle bed in the very large room & 2 baths, one is an ensuite. Well appointed full kitchen. . Comes with beautiful dock. Incredible water views, hardwood floors, fireplace, huge patio, top of the line custom pool table and shuffleboard table. Completely furnished with everything you'll need.

There's also the option of just the King Suite for a reduced rate (with ensuite) available if you don't need the full 2/2. This unit also is completely private with own entrance, and has fridge, microwave, flatware, etc.

Incredible kayaking and paddle boarding along the river, or just enjoy an amazing water view.

* Peak Season: May through September and property is unavailable but, open to weekday stays throughout.
* Please note the location is on a private body of water and unfortunately no "guest" boats are allowed. We do have kayaks and paddle boards available for rent at very reduced rates over the local rental companies.
* Please note this is a waterfront property and along with that comes more risk: water, dock, stairs, banks). By booking this property you assume all risk for yourself and any guests on any part of the property.
* You would be booking the lower level of this large property. This is owners 2nd home and he is rarely there but even when present, floors have been insulated and there is very little to no noise. You'd have the entire lower level, completely private, including private entrance.

The location was perfect as a stay while we attended a wedding. Jeff told us ahead of time that there were some landscaping changes being made, and the Pickleball court he is adding will be a really fun addition. We all enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard. All around enjoyable.

Spokane Valley Riverhouse

This house allowed us to create some wonderful family memories. The beautiful view, pool table, shuffleboard and open floor plan. Everything was available for everyday living. It is close to grocery stores in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Jeff was very hospitable to our family. We all loved it.

This is a beautiful little spot on the river. We enjoyed the clean water for taking a dip on a hot day. The host is wonderful and the listing is accurate. Nice spot for family.

Lovely location

Our group of four stayed only for one night while we were traveling, but it was an enjoyable visit! The location on the water was so peaceful, and our accommodations were just right. Jeff, our host, met us to go over a few items and was extremely gracious and accessible. If we find ourselves going to the Spokane area again, we will certainly be looking this place up again!

The location is amazing. Right on the river with a dock. Lovely. The listing states it is the “entire house” but it was only the bottom floor. Not a huge issue but still…Overall a nice location and was a great place for our family.

Hello, I'm a person who has traveled extensively so I've learned what I like and don't like in a property and have set this home up with everything I think a person would appreciate. Always open to suggestions though that would make a guest stay more enjoyable. As it states above, this is my 2nd home and I'm seldom there but your entire large floor is quiet and private regardless.

Why they chose this property

This property is the perfect setting in the perfect location. Right on the river which provides tons of activities as well as the peaceful and fantastic views it provides. Further, It's literally minutes to downtown and yet only about 20-25 minutes to beautiful Coeur d'Alene. About 5 minutes from the property is Arbor Crest Winery which has countless outdoor venues throughout the seasons.

What makes this property unique

Views, location, pricing, I feel one would be hard pressed to find a better value than this home.
We have two 1 person kayak's, one 2 person kayak, and 2 paddle boards available for rent at the property at far less cost than the local rental companies.
