Great Beach House!

We loved our stay in Belmar and this house was perfect for our needs. Both grown ups and children had enough space and the house is beautiful. 10 minute walk to the beach was manageable and made better by having a beach locker/badges available. Hope to visit again!

Perfect Vacation Home

We just spent two weeks enjoying Belmar and this property. We have family in the area and visit often, and this is far and away the nicest house we've stayed in. It's spacious and light and has literally everything you might need. The kitchen is very well-stocked with dishes and cookware as well as some staples, and the hosts provide beach towels, badges, blankets, beach bags, yard toys, bikes, you name it. They have truly thought of everything. The house is located in a very quiet part of Belmar, close to the beach and a park as well as the shopping and restaurants of Main Street. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Awesome Belmar House

We loved staying at this Belmar house. The pictures do not do it justice! Lorraine and Adam are perfect hosts and made us feel very comfortable in the home. They had many little touches that made such a difference! The house has everything you need and is very clean. We loved the porches! Another plus --the beach locker! It is very convenient. The walk to the beach is just a few short blocks but when we got lazy we drove and had no problem parking. It is a great house in a convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exactly as advertised

This is a great new and modern home that surpassed all expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The owners have equipped this rental with everything one would need. The location was great being about halfway between the beach and town center. We especially enjoyed the chiefs kitchen for cooking and the wonderful porches for relaxing. We would definitely return to this home in the future.

Beautiful home. Meticulously maintained. Very clean. Sheets, beach, and bath towels provided, beds made - so convenient!!! Beautiful front and back porch. Large, spacious and peaceful house and master bedroom. So many windows! Owners very available for questions. Welcome basket upon arrival. Nice to walk around the lake, although the lake makes the walk to the beach a little less convenient. Very short walk to town and restaurants. A wonderful experience.

Turn-Key to the Shore!!

Open the front door...........and you could tell that this home was just waiting for you! Open floor plan, a chef's kitchen, clean & bright, color coordinated to showcase the shore, NJ, and the family. A beach locker made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Close enough to the beach but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. East walk to Main Street and restaurants. And ohhhhh......the porch!!!
